Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective: August 3, 2026

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as expanded by the CPRA, and comparable laws in other states, California residents (and residents of some other states) can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information — including data passed to advertising partners for behavioral advertising purposes.

Why This Applies to a Site Like Ours

Like most ad- and affiliate-supported publishers, we work with advertising and affiliate technology partners who may receive identifiers like cookie IDs or IP addresses to serve relevant ads and track affiliate conversions. Under CCPA/CPRA, that can count as a “sale” or “sharing,” even without any direct payment for your personal data.

How to Opt Out

  • Use the cookie preference settings on the Site (if a consent banner is present) to disable advertising/analytics cookies;
  • Email admin@coedee.com with subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request,” including your name and, if applicable, the email tied to your activity on the Site;
  • Use a recognized opt-out signal like Global Privacy Control, where our systems support it.

Verifying Your Request

We may need to confirm your identity before processing a request. We won’t treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Using an Authorized Agent

You can have someone else submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof they’re authorized, plus verification of your identity.
