How to Submit a Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on coedee.com/ without permission, send a notice that includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
  • The specific URL(s) on coedee.com/ where the material appears;
  • Your contact details — address, phone number, and email;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you’re authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe content was taken down by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Your signature;
  • What was removed and where it used to be located;
  • A good-faith statement, under penalty of perjury, that removal was a mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

Repeat Infringers

We may remove content, and restrict access for, users who repeatedly infringe on others’ copyrights.

A Note on False Claims

Filing a knowingly false takedown or counter-notice can carry legal consequences under applicable law.
